She observes, photographs, and reimagines what might otherwise go unnoticed. My romance with flowers endures, faithful and unfading, fuelled by passion and demand. Each voluptuous flower, uniquely its own shape, personality and colour, call out from gardens, to be painted one after another. Each offers an interior journey, a vortex of discovery as folds emerge from smooth surfaces. Their evolution is ever increasingly deliberate and complex, as I attempt to give more.
