I work closely with my photographs, in a realist language, using known territory, but allow the imagery to speak of other things. Ultimately, I want my paintings to feel both familiar and mysterious at the same time.

I paint, exhibit and teach in Vancouver, and am represented by Ian Tan Gallery.
